Privacy policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. Data controller
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, we inform you that the controller of your personal data is:
- Controller: María García-Ortuño Gómez (GO Estudio / María GO Yoga)
- Tax ID (NIF): 32840772S
- Address: C/ Rey Francisco 7, 4th floor left, 28008 Madrid (Spain)
- Email: info@mariagoyoga.es
2. What data we process and how we obtain it
This website is informational: it has no forms, user registration or online shop. We only process personal data if you choose to write to us by email or WhatsApp. In that case we process the contact details you provide (name, email, phone, company and position) and the content of your message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal. Legal basis: your consent when you contact us voluntarily (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b).
- Providing the contracted service and meeting legal obligations (tax, accounting and commercial), if we end up working together. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b) and legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).
- Commercial communications: we will only send them if you have given your consent or there is a previous contractual relationship for similar services, and always with the option to unsubscribe (Art. 21 LSSI-CE).
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
4. Retention period
We will keep your data for as long as the communication or relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the time necessary to deal with possible liabilities and meet legal obligations. In general, commercial and accounting documentation is kept for up to six years. After that, data will be deleted.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors:
- Our web hosting and email provider (Webempresa).
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), if you write to us through that app. Meta may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
6. Third-party resources loaded by the website
To display the website correctly, your browser loads some resources from external servers: Google Fonts typefaces (Google Ireland Ltd.) and, on one of our partners’ profile cards, an image hosted at stopstress.es. In doing so, those servers may receive technical data about your connection, such as your IP address. See the Cookie policy for more information.
7. Data from the former online shop
Until 2026 this site ran an online shop for yoga classes. Customer data from that period is kept blocked solely to meet tax, accounting and commercial obligations for the legal periods, and is not used to send commercial communications without your consent.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@mariagoyoga.es with the subject “Data protection”, stating your name and the right you wish to exercise, and attaching a copy of your ID so that we can verify your identity.
If you believe your data is not being processed properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including the encrypted connection (HTTPS) of this website. No system is completely infallible; if a breach affecting your rights occurred, we would notify you in accordance with the regulations.
10. Minors
GO Estudio’s services are aimed at companies and professionals. We do not knowingly process data of children under 14.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to legal or website changes. The version in force is the one published on this page.
